Open Practices, Spring 2024

BTSDC is hosting Spring wrestling practices!

We are training Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at HD Woodson High School (540 55th St NE, Washington, DC 20019) from 4 - 6pm.

These practices are completely free, open to all ages and skill levels, and for both boys and girls. We will be training all three styles - Freestyle, Greco-Roman, and Folkstyle - throughout the Spring.
